Our company is the dream and vision of two individuals that have been involved in every aspect of the construction business. When Randy Black and Sharon Medlock decided to join forces, the goal they shared was to provide houses that would feel like a home and endure the test of time. Randy has been in the construction industry since 1983. He began building homes in metropolitan Atlanta in 1992 and has built hundreds of quality homes over the years. Sharon has a background in real estate sales and finance, as well as decorating. From designing your floorplan, to financing, to post construction follow up, Randy and Sharon are available to assist you through each step of the process. Randy is personally on your jobsite each day to assure that your home is being built to the high standards we demand for our customers. We guarantee our clients an open line of communication so that we anticipate their every need. Sharon is our link to making sure that we have cutting edge technology and design. She will assure that each customer is introduced to the latest trends in all aspects of homebuilding and design. We are continually learning and updating our methods to stay ahead of the industry. Our goal is to make each Next Generation house feel like a home, from the time it’s started to generations to come. We take as much pride in helping you create your home as you will have in owning it.
